The Cafe and Bar are open to both club members and the general public, with ample seating both inside and outside, the cafe has an industrial charm and is very much the heart of the Club.
Muddy lane Cafe
Muddy Lane Café which is run in-house has become a hotspot for local dog walkers, and cyclists to pop into on route through Letchworth along with many weekly social groups that the LALG run (Letchworth arts and leisure groups)
We currently serve a range of hot drinks, scrummy homemade cakes, snacks, ice creams, soft drinks, and alcoholic beverages. Our plan over the coming months is to introduce a few hot snacks at the weekends. We will update this page when we do.
The team has more recently created a very relaxed environment for our members and customers to enjoy, surrounded by plants that some members have kindly donated, historic club photographs, and retro rackets on the wall. With comfortable seating and light music in the background, we invite you to see for yourselves what Muddy Lane Café has to offer.
We have two TVs mounted on the walls to enjoy sporting events across the year and a children’s football table. We also have an outdoor table tennis table for everyone to enjoy.
Throughout the week we enjoy seeing our regular members spend time together in their clubroom along with new faces in the local community. We welcome you all to enjoy this space with us and dare you to try a cake or two!
